dear sir
i am working in bank as astt. manager against compliant i am suspeded 8/12/2016 order received ,after charge sheet received 20/03/2017 by speed post
then inquiry started 7/04/2017/15/04/2017/24/04/2017/27/04/2017/03/05/2017/06/05/2017/common proceeding and witness and today date 16/05/2017fix when i go inquiry office jalandhar po says your inquiry again started at gurgaon head office on dt.23/05/2017 fresh
tell me now that justify

You may keep cool and confident. As you have been given next date on 23/05/2017 you may kindly attend the said date and file a detailed reply to the charge sheet and deny all allegations .You may produce documents and witnesses in support.If you are member of any union or association you may kindly consult your officers association for guidence and help.you may engage advocate if possible.But most important thing you may kindly keep cool and confident and defend the case carefully and explain all allegations and try to resolve the dispute if possible. As you are on sr.post and have to take care of your family so do not be aggressive and be careful and reply all allegations in chargesheet and you will succeed. Kindly note that if you succeed then suspension order can be revoked and then you may be reinstated in service.but if not then you have to approach approach appropriate court / high court with adverse order if any.you may further write for any help.good luck

Write to the Disciplinary authority that you attended the inquiry on date but was informed that inquiry would be held afresh on 23.05.2017. No communication received in writing, no reason was mentioned. Please advice whether the information given verbally was correct.
As the place of new inquiry seem to be far away from your place of posting, request Bank to reimburse / pay you and your DR the travelling expenses.
Attend the inquiry, engage some senior person experienced in departmental proceedings as your defense representative.
In Gurgaon and in Delhi there are good and experienced person to guide in departmental inquiry. May refer and seek their guidance.

Basically you have not been able to convey anything worth forming a view.
Inquiry has been started that means that reply to chargesheet, if at all given by you is disagreed. So there is no point in advising you to submit the reply.
Further you said you attended inquiry at Jallandhar and PO advised you next date a gurgaon.
Apparently it is govt bank [you have not disclosed the same] So first confirm or deny this.
If it is govt bank then you are entitled to be defended by a serving/ retired govt/PSU servant of your choice who will ttend inquiry as a mater of duty [unless Bank CDA rules restrict it to be only serving retired bank employee]
Basically you may have received notice of inquiry at Jallandhar for first date [you have not disclosed the same] So first confirm or deny this.
In the said notice you may have been given opportunity to attend the inquiry with Def Asstt, if you so desire [you have not disclosed the same] So first confirm or deny this.
After first hearing the IO may be fixing date of next hearing at Daily order sheet and copy of the same is given to you immediately [you have not disclosed the same] So first confirm or deny this.
You are entitled to be paid TA/DA for attending inquiry you have stated nothing about the same [you have not disclosed the same] So first confirm or deny this.
You have also not stated at what stage the inquiry is.
You have not even stated what the allegations are and who are other accused.

Your description is quite faulty to arrive at any conclusive opinion.
Have you received any formal intimation from the inquiring authority about the next date and venue of hearing, if changed?

Just think, is Mr. Kumar Doab your boss that he has issued direction to you to ignore my post. He is merely an imposter in the garb of a fake expert.
You can very well imagine, by giving such a direction, like, "You may duly ignore the post of @PSD," either he thinks as if you are subordinate to him or he does not have even a bit of knowledge to answer your question, but makes vague and misleading posts.
if he knows anything about your problem, he should have answered your question, rather than directing you to ignore my post. But of his chronic disease he makes multiple posts just to confuse the querist. You may insist to provide solution to your post, so that you may also know that he is merely an imposter, not an expert.
You may also ask him, why he is not coming forward with his real identity (real name, photo and location) in his profile at LCI? I AM 100% SURE, HE WILL NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION ALSO, IF YOU ASK.
