Bu permission regarding

I have purchased a flat in ahmedabad.
There are 5 bunglows, 2 tower of flat consisting 80 flats, 40 each, and 22 duplex. It is NA/NOC title clear project and master file had been approved in nationalized bank namely Bank Of India.

Builder has given possession to me and many others but not on paper. The building has yet not received BU permission and it is also not registered with local municipal.

So that we are unable to take any benefit from Municipal Corporation.

I want to know that is there any legal arrangement to sue my builder into court of law.

Sir,
You need to have registered agreement, to show your ownership to the flat, from the Builder to sue him for his acts of commissions and omissions.

You can proceed against the builder in consumer forum for any deficiency in service.

I have registered agreement with me.

I have completed registration and paid registration charges as well.
