Grand Father's Property - Is Grand Daughter Eligible

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 04 January 2010 This query is : Resolved
One of my friend's father died an year ago. Her father was living in a house which was his father's earned property. My Friends father has one son and one daughter (my friend). My friend got married in 1995. Now Son (friends brother) is saying that She is not eligible for the property as she got married. Also that my friends mother is still alive.

I want to know if my friend is eligible for the property of her grand father although there is will.
