breach of future sale agreement

there is future agreement between a & b FOR 1997 TO 2001 in which A PAYS IN ADVANCE FOR OIL TO BE PROVIDED UPTO 2001.BUT B FAILS TO PROVIDE OR STOP TO PROVIDE.WHAT ARE LIABLITIES AGAINST B.

Is it not provided in the agreement. If it is silent then Indian Contract Act will apply.

Check the agreement.

You can file a suit for specific performance and damages.
