498a under 156(3)

(Querist) 11 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
my wife file a police complaint against 498a.
now the court order for FIR under 156(3).
I am attaching the order copy.
Please tell me the procedure of 156(3).

and should we go for AB.

When the FIR Launch police will arrest us immediately or after the investigation under 156(3)?

Its depend on police. If police think that the arresting is necessary to secure the victims life and property then the police may arrest the accused immediately otherwise not.

he told me that the court is closed upto
8th july.
We can take AB after 8th July.

You have no option than to obtain AB, though the courts may observe vacation, vacation courts are functioning having sitting two days on a week, so better change the lawyer and obtain it soon, before that you reply to the query raised by expert Mr. V.R.Shroff.

AB can be got applied even during the summer vacation of the courts as duty sessions judge daily attend such cases.

We are applying for AB base on the FIR.

is 406 is bailable.
What will be next.
