There is no law of registration of the proprietorship firms in India. You should register your firm under Shops and Establishment Act in Delhi. You may consult any lawyer for this purpose.

I agree with the Raj's answer. Why dont u take franchisee of any good institute? So it may giv good will and it will be recognised.
