Hi
My name is Ravi BharatK Gandhi and i am stuck in a problem the problem started when we both were in Mumbai in 2010 after the month of may when my wife submitted a letter to the mahila committee about me verbally and beating her up.After some months we received a notice from the court of rishikesh that we had to there for the court hearing.I went to rishikesh to try to convince my wife to come back with me in front of the judge.She was adamant not to come back with me so in the next hearing it was decided that i have to give my wife alimony of RS.5000 p.m.I traveled to oman in the month of may 14 2011 to look for my new job which i am currently employed and i have been working for 2 years.After i traveled to muscat after some months i got court summons stating that i had to pay RS.65000/= or go to jail but i did not accept them for not paying the inspector of goregaon police station came to my house with this and i was in muscat at that time.After this i heard from my mother that a Non-Bailable warrant was issued in my name this means that if i come back to Mumbai i will be arrested on the airport itself.I want to finish this case. When i traveled to muscat i had my wife's phone number i sent an sms that she was demanding RS.4,50.000 i told her to settle for RS. 3,50,000 only after giving this amount she will sign on the divorce paper.So Experts tell me what to do how should i solve this.

Please do not pay the entire amount or any amount. You may give a part amount while she is signing the papers for divorce on mutual consent, the balance can be paid at the time of passing of orders in the case.

what about the Non-Bailable warrant issued in my name from the family court of rishikesh.First of all if i plan to come to Mumbai i will be arrested on the airport itself

YOU CAN GET THE NON BAILABLE WARRANT CANCELLED . Not a issue.
File 13B with terms and condition of withdrawing all cases, pay app 25% of settlement amt, balance on DECREE OF DIVORCE.
That close the chapter.

1 more thing u can do is just got bail n deposit alliminy amount than after contest your case.........fight why to give her such a big amount u may win your case and can get divorce
