dear madam/sir
i got married 3 yrs back through arranged marriage.without interest in family life to my wife her family members forced her to get marry me.her main intention was to become sanyasi.soon after the mmarriage she started fighting for silly things intentionally and stated negatively about me aand not cooperated in family life also and family and went parents house.we are together for 1 yr 4 months. i tried with elders for bringing her to my home.she has not agreed to come.after staying for 10 months suddenly she came my residence place and filed 498 a .i got anticipatory for me and my family members.after that immediately she filed domestic voilance and asked for huge maintenance and lumpsum money.then i filed for divorce.now she is not agrreing for divorce and want to prolong for long time to spoil my life because she doesnt want to marry again so she not agreeing and fighting for maintenance.so as per my case grounds will i get divorce or not.if i start giving maintenance she enjoy with my money and fight on me.she is a mba post graduate.now not working.we r not having kids.if court orders maintenance is there any chance to stop or reduce to maximum extent.how much i hav to give.she is showing bangalore residence and asking huge maintenance.finally please give me the best advice regarding my future.because for yrs she may prolong.inatead of all i agreed for amicable settlemement through mediation in family court.she has not agrred but thinking of getting maintenace lifetime without divorce.in any case now i am not ready to accept her back so instead of waiting. shall i go for second marriage.is there any procedure or time limit for marrying another lady before getting divorce.if i marry agian and maintain family with her and having kids with her what will be the situation in future if first wife comes to know about second marrige.and will second wife and kids get equal rights.she has been toeturing me and my family a lot.i am requesting all experts to give ur valuable ssugussions to come out from all these cases and lead the family life happy.

You cannot marry again unless the divorce proceedings are concluded.

No option except fighting for divorce if you wish to start a new life. She is eligible for maintenance.
