Panel of postmortem

Respected members,

Good Day to all of you!!

Request you to let me know as if there is any supreme court ruling that any postmortem conducted on women, must be performed by a panel of 3 doctors and one doctor cannot perform postmortem.

Please help in getting this information as I read in news paper that there was a ruling but unable to get the same
