Interim order in DV Act

Hi Friends
where should I file an application against Interim maintenance order under DV Act?
Whether I can file Revision in sessions Court? Isn't it inter-locutary order?

Dear, you have to file an Appeal u/s 29 of DV Act in the Session's Court.

Dear Sukhija,
The order made by the magistrate shall lie to the Court of sessions within 30 days frm the date of order, so appeal can be filed in sessions court under clause 29 of D.V.act.

Sec 29. Appeal.-There shall lie an appeal to the Court of Session within thirty days from the date on which the order made by the Magistrate is served on the aggrieved person or the respondent, as the case may be, whichever is later.
