Kindly suggest to how I should cancel a conditional sale agreement signed with a propspective buyer, protecting me against any legal implications / complications as well as any major damages claim. Refer attached document for the case details.

contact a local lawyer . pay his consultation charges . it is necessary to go through the agreement to advise . you can afford legal fees
