First check out whether you both belong to Hindu Religion. Then only, Hindu Marriage Act is applicable. In Hindu Marriage Act, certain relationships are prohibited. This prohibition is not on the basis of clan and sub-clan as you spelled out in your querry. If you both are not related and will not come within the prohibited relationship, but belong to same clan, even then you are entitled to marry under Hindu Marriage Act. You can marry before the witness and get your marriage registered before the marriage Officer under Section 8 of the Act. In most of the cases, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate is designated as Marriage Officer.
If you both are not Hindu, then also you need not feel disheartened. You can go for marriage registration under Special Marriage Act. There also, there is prohibition of marriage between the relatives mentioned in the Act. If you will not come under this category, you can register your marriage under Special marriage Act.

both of us are not Hindu and she is from from different village plz tel me what are the prohibition mentioned in the act so that i can get a clear idea of that

When none of you are Hindu then Hindu Marriage Act is not applicable to you.

First find out to which religion you belong to or born in and which personal law applies to you?

If you are not Hindu, then download Special Marriage Act from net and check the schedule where prohibited relationships are given. If the relationship between you and she will not fall in such category, you both are entitled to marry under Special Marriage Act, irrespective of whatever religion you both belong.
