Please clarify whether you have been engaged directly by the organisation or through some contractor. Also tell terms and conditions of your appointment.

There are so many questions before giving proper advice in the matter. Please provide main terms and conditions of your appointment letter.

Since you are in private employment, only civil remedy lies.
Better settle it amicably or switch job. Legal recourse would prove to be very time consuming.

Daily wagers can also be disbursed with their salary/wages at the end of the month as is being done in your case. Daily wagers are not entitled to avail the facility of leave as is with your case so practically you are daily wager but if you have to challenge change of your category from the regular employees to daily wagers, approach labour officer of the area.
