Hi,
my wife has filed a case against me under 12(1), null and void marrige under impotancy jus for the sepration and a decree has passed for the same.but i also dont have any problem for the sapration as we both wanted the sepration but we got decree on false ground.
but i am also happy for sepration. also i am feared that can she
still give any problem?. I mean any kind of new case she can file against me?
after how many days of our this decree she cant do any thing against me?
Up what extent i am safe?

Do not worry about what she do in future.
She is no more your wife.
If at all she do anything, only remedy is defence.
So Forget abt it, and plan ur future life & future Wife.

she can always claim maintenance from you .
before you marry her inform your wife of the earlier marriage and divorce that has taken place on grounds of impotency . if possible exchange emails that your fiancee has gone through the court papers and that shw is willing to marry you of her own will .

Hi,
Yes my would be wife is ready to get marry with me after knowing about my case and ready to sign papers of accepting the same that she knows about my impotancy case. but i worried from my ex wife. i dont want any intruption from my ex wife now.
one more question after passed decree, with in how many days some can challange that passed decree? if i get married what kind of case i may face from my ex wife? please explain. and my wife used a wrong ground thats impotancy .is it ok for me? i mean can this ground give me any problem in future? well my new dont have any problem as she knows this ground is taken for divorce only so she is ready for getting marry with me? what kind of safty i can have in advance?

1. Who, you think, will challenge the said Decree? It is she who has filed the case & obtained the Decree which you can challenge,
2. She can file any case in future including maintenance, which no body can predict,
3. Cross the bridge when it comes.

1.i am asking inrespect of my ex wife means can she create any problem in future?
2.but she accept in the case when she file that she will not calim any maintenace in the future as she equally educated and can earn money it written in decree...
can i get marry again as officially i am impotant but actully not and for the same my would wife dont have any issue i already told her

if your ex wife has given in writing that she wont claim any maintenance from you then why are you worrying . if she is well qualified and earning as it is she wont get maintenance .

if, your wife, would file a petition for maintainance, in pending of main petition you should pay maintainance. but, now she already got divorce hence, now you have no problem, you may marry another and enjoy. my best wishes to you
