How to file criminal defamation case if anyone or a group of people doing defamation without mentioning our name,but mentioning about us indirectly.

Do general public know your name even if those persons are putting the matter indirectly?

If yes then issue a notice calling to feel public apology within a stipulated time and way failing which file a criminal case before the JMIC of the area under section 499 IPC.

If the general slander is enough to include your identity then the case of defamation is maintainable.
