Dvc and divorce

i filed a dvc in hyderabad in the end of august 2012 and my husband recently sent a divorce notice from family court from bangalore. what are the possiblities here after?

You can get the divorce case transferred to the court in whose jurisdiction you are residing for which you need to move to the Supreme Court.

move the supreme court for transfer of case from bangalore to hyderabad . generally the convenience of lady is considered .

Both the case would be fought on its respective merit.
Any of you can apply fr transfer if there is ground for that.
