Conveuance deed - sign on it & bod resolution

my father has a partnership firm . he has entered into conveyance deed with private ltd co who has 3 directors precently.

query is the BOD has passed the resolution that mr x will sign ,submit & get registered the doc of conveyance deed. BOD RESOLUTION IS SIGNED BY THE MR Y AND MR Z.
MR Y & Z HAS GIVEN AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THE DEED BY MR X.
we found that in conveyance has signed by the 2 director , I.E.MR X & Y .

IS in future this create ? on the legal authication of registered conveyance deed due to additional director has signed the conveyance deed. all mr x ,y z are family member that is father -son -son.

one another point is that all supporting doc is required from private co is signed by Mr y.

due to BOd resolution,& actually signed by mr y , is it create problem in future the authetication signature?

since mr x has signed the conveyance deed you wont face problems . merely becuase another director has also signed for and on behalf of the company does not prejudice your interests as mr y is also a director of the company .
