Suit under lodging no

Sir
A suit has been filed in Bombay high court on 16.08.2012 where I am defendant. The next date is 18.10.2012. Though a lapse of two months has passed status of NM no. still is under Lodging no..
To remove any other objections plaintiff is given sufficient time.
1) Does it mean plaintiff has yet not paid stamp duty?
2) Can such suits under lodging no. be admitted?
I would be obliged if experts can give clarification as to how it is still shown in case status but under lodging no.

registry must have raised objections . those objections msut not have yet been cleared . you cna ask your advocate managing clerk to cross check what are the objection raised by registry .

time is generally granted to remove the office objections . plainitff can seek interim reliefs and remove objections later
