my boyfriend has done sex with me with my consent 4times and squeezed my hymen so that i may not go and marry another guy.But now he is not agreeing to marry me.I told his parents since he is trying to cheat me.But still he and his parents are not agreeing and threatning me that do what ever you want but we are not interested.Since his father is a Railway driver he is giving me threats saying that he will commit sucide if i will call him and report to his officer so please give me legal advice.To lodge rape case against my boyfriend i dont have any proofs except photos of him with me but i have voice recordings he threatning me asking me to die,telling me that he had sexual intercourse etc.

you dont have nay sms or any email or letters wherein he gave you promise of marriage . you had sex with him . the issue as to whether it was done on the promise of marriage will have to be proved by you .
you cna go to police station and file police complaint aginst him . police will investigate the offence .
if you have voice recordings of threats you can rely upon the same in your police complaint .
discuss the issue with your family before filing case against your boy friend

Cheating, Lie , false charges and compelling to marry who do not want to marry you, may not bring that happiness in Life.
