Stilt parking

I bought a stilt parking in the year 2006 from the builder at a premium rate. Builder gave me an allotment letter and has also mentioned the amount and the mode of payment, which was cash. Now i am selling my flat, so rightfully the buyer of the flat should get the parking which i bought from the builder. I want to know can i sell it to the buyer? If yes, what procedure should i follow?

If your Allotment letter says that ur stilt parking is freely tranferable then you can do so
Your Car parking can be tranferred on basis of ur existing allotment letter

obatin NOC from society before sale of flat and stilt car parkng slot . has the society raised any objection to said sale?

Thank u all for the reply.
I dont wish to send my flat now, but now the society is going to charge us for our stilt parking which would be 500 per month and they are not charging for the open parking anything.
Should i be paying 500 per month for the stilt which i bought from the builder before the formation of the society?

the reason why society is charging you is property tax has to be paid on stilt car parking slot . society is merely recovering the property taxes .

Sir,
society tax comes up to just 75 rupees per month. And they have not charged us the tax since we have bought the stilt parking, because they want us to surrender the stilt and they feel if they charge us the property tax for the stilt they will have to acknowledge the allotment letter from the builder and that the stilt belongs to us only and that whenever we sell our flat the stilt will go to the buyer of the flat.
The secretary, chairman etc are pathetic and jealous and are just taking advantage of their post
