Dear Sir,
Pl clarify the following doubt
1.How many persons are required (Minimum) to create a Charitable Trust ?
2. How many persons can act as trustees of a (Maximum) Charitable Trust ?

3.How many persons (Minimum & Maximum) are required to creat a Association of persons like Flat Owner's Association, Club Member's Association?

A public charitable trust can be set up under the Bombay Public Charitable Trusts Act 1950 in MaharashtraA
minimum of only two persons are required to form a trust which can be set up by executing a trust deed on non-judicial stamp paper worth 4 per cent of the value of the trust property, with either the charities commissioner in Maharashtra
