sir i am Amit from Bombay , i had filed 5 to 6 writ petition criminal in the Bombay high court but all were disposed off by the Division bench , now someone told me that i should Approach the supreme court for relief an can file criminal Appeal. so what you suggest since my life is in danger and some lawyer told me to file case against stae and union of india as respondents number 2 and 3 and the Accused as number 1 and file under article 32 and article 21 right to life. what you suggest and how can you help me or can i file both in the same .

what was order passed by Divison bench of bombay high court ?

The order passed by the division bench says that it is not maintanable like the petition earlier filed number 3084 and 1549 and the now 1822 .
