Private complaint

Respected Seniors,

If a Private complaint filed under 420 and 468 I.P.C were dismissed by the concerned magistrate, what will be the immediate remedy or in case of non referral of those matter to p.s. what will the step taken by the magistrate?
kindly please help me out in this regards.

If complaint is dismissed Cr Revision is to filed.
If Magistrate refuse to refer the matter to P S then u can proceed the matter as provided u/sec 200
