Hello Sir,
I have booked a flat recently. The "Sale Agreement" was registered today. Before registration we found that the property description on the e-Stamp certificate (stamp duty) was wrong. So the builder took an other e-Stamp paper worth of ( Rs 100) with proper property details and consideration amount and all other details, and attached it to the original document. Is it going to be a valid document?

Thanks to all of you for your valuable suggestions.
I will get the new e-stamp paper (Rs. 100) signed.
I have a small confusion. What is the importance of the following details on e-stamp paper? Are those details are recorded OR maintained by the Government of India? OR they are just for the sake of the document?
a. purchaser details
b. seller details
c. property details ( NOT value, just description)
