How to remove superdari?

In 2005 my car was stolen by someone, but by luck it got recovered by the police.
but They realeased the Car on a superdari of Rs. 1 lakh.

NOw the car is of no use now ,just a scrap material.So how should the superdari be removed from the car and i can scrap the car.

Please help and tell me the procedure.

File application in court to cancel the

superdari stating the present facts of ur

case and pray to court to allow it.

yes well suggestion given by mr nanda , you can get release order from the court
