Cheque

mr a dies after signing a blank cheque. he signs the cheque on behalf of the company.

1.now what is the legal position of the company?
2.whether the cheque is valid?
3.can company draw that cheque?

A cheque signed by an authorised signaory is a valid unless such authority has been withdrawn. It is the duy of the company to inform the bank about the demise of an authorised signatory.

Cannot understand how a cheque issued on behalf of the comapany be drawn by the said company. Pls explain.
