Am i legal heir!

(Querist) 23 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear EXPERTS of the forum,

In a situation( during issuing of ORC certificate for Inam land, In state of A.P ), in an order of the Revenue Divisional Officer;RDO used the word( as per the documents submitted by me) that I am the Legal HEIR of Mrs."R". Can, I legally use this for asking right in some other lands(/situations) existing on Mrs."R".

My case is running in a District court for partition of property in the same family. Will this Order is + ve or -ve?

Please give me your opinion.

Thanking YOU ALL, in advance expecting an early reply.

This order establishes your status as of legal heir of Mrs. R and this can be quoted every where but the basis thing is that the status is not confined only on this document rather DRO might have relied upon the evidence produced by you before him in support of your claim and those document still prove the same thing so trust the basic documents and not the order in hand.

Agreed. This is a order +ve to you.

Yes. You are declared as a legal heir of Mr.R. Thus, the order is to your advantage in the present issue.
