Restoring the piece of land handover to me

Dear Experts, TNHB has alloted a piece of land with builup some extent as per application issued one. At the same time TNHB has informed me a extra land is added over my plot and ask me to pay the extra amount to take over the plot. if not paid the extra cost of land my allotment will be cancelled said TNHB. In this circumses extra land cost is paid.Balance amount for actual land cost also paid in piece male and lum sum totaly paid.

after paid total amount i request the TNHB for issuence of Sales deed. But the ignore and refuse to issue sale deed for the total extent what they have allotted.

I request the experter, let me know the rights of mine in this dispute, how and where i can approach for getting the totaly alloted land and sale deed.

You issue a legal notice and then approach to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum of your area by appointing a lawyer.

File for suit of declaration.

I don't think you would be treated as Consumer in this case.

In my view, you have both the remedies.
You can file a suit for declaration.
You are a consumer in the present case since you have purchased the land by paying price. Thus the consumer protection act too can also be applied.

when you made an applicatouion certian terms and conditions must have been mentioned . if you have complied with terms and made full payment then TNHB is bound to aloot you land . move consumer forum for deficency in service

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your reply regarding my clarification. As you experts said i have filed a suit. In this the TNHB reply with contravercy, against the reply High Court give direction to issued sales deed, even recd the order TNHB has not issued sale deed and land as per Field Map Sketch issued by TNHB. In this situation what type of action we can take against TNHB to get the sale deed and restore the said land as per FMB Sketch.

Please reply and guide me in perfect way to succeed in this suit.
