Registration of society

Respected All,

We are living in a newly formed proposed society with A to F 6 wings. Builder planning to construct the G wing having sanctioned for 2 floors for which even no single work is started. Now he told us that he forwarded the new sanction plan to construct G wing with Seven floors which is lying in office of concern authority. We don't know how much time it gets. Now the problem is, we want to register our society along with G (considering to 60% total members of A to G wing (28 Members per wing *7 Wings)) and register the society.

Its possible to do so even no construction of G wing is started?

Can we wait more to wait for construction of G wing (Nearly 2 yrs)?

Can we register A to F first and then add G wing?

are you in mahrashrtra ?

builder is bound to form society as other flats in wings Ato F sold .he cannot refuse to form society merely because he wants to construct another wing .

members can make an application for formatiion of society. complete the formailites .

Sir, what about G wing?

Can we add, neglect or add later after completing registration of A to F wing?
