Now how does one buy a car parking alongwith flat and what is the document required(Mumbai):
1) will allotment letter from builder be binding on society?
2) Can builder take refundable deposit(not sale) and allot a car park/
3) will 2 be binding on society?
4) shal it be aprt of registered sale deed?

Space for car parking should be regd.alongwith flat and it is binding upon society.

Sir builder is not willing to register as it is not conted in FSI(Mumbai).
What is the solution that binds the society?

builder has no powers to sell car parking lsots . if you purchase any parking slots on formation of society the socety may cancel your parking slot .

It should be mentioned in the sale agreement and deed.

Thanks Mr. Sankar , however if it is not part of registered sale deed/sale agreement, how can car parking be bought legally subsequently
