Mandatory injunction

Dear All
Thanks for Your unforgettable help in my last post.An officers issued wrong RTI and using this, a person asked for stay order for my petrol pump NOC. With the help of some good people and lawyerclubindia.com, I legally forced the DM and he issued my NOC.

But the suit for mandatory injunction for NOC is still pending in court. As the work is done (NOC BY DM) already, what will be court opinion?

If your purposr has been solved by this NOC than you can withdraw your case.

As DM has issued the NOC and accordingly company has started its construction work so definitely it shall strengthen your case before the court.
