Hi...sir,i have one elder brother and one Younger Bro & one Elder Sister. my father expired in 4days Ago,age of 52yrs, He was worked in BSNL dept, He has 8yrs service yet,But suddenly this incident done,All PF,Gratuity Belongs to My Mother as Nominee.. then It is Necessery to get Legalhair certificate for My Family Or NOT? How would I apply ?

plz clarify my Query and suggest How will i do for Further step to get all Benfits for My Mother.

no need for legal heir certificate, if BSNL officer asking legal heirs certificate for claim the beneficiary than you will provide, you can apply tahsildhar office with one year from the deceased.

Clarify.
Even if your mother get it, what is the harm?? Let her get it. She will get it, without any Legal heir certificate.
BSNL dept will help you. There are 100 of cases, where employee suddenly expire. The Union too, help all such cases. Just visit them,

These are departmental proceedings. Approach the appropriate authority in BSNL for proper guidance.

When your mother is nominee ,no legal certificate shall be demanded by them.Visit the office of BSNL office.
