How many days it will take to get report from Hand writing expert forsnic laboratory when COURT send cheque for handwriting expert.

It may take it onw time. If you know anybody you will get it done in a short period

First apply for allowing expert opinion,
Then on allowing, after say of opp side, apply for appointment of a expert from approved list of court/ or your choice person, then expert will investigate, taking photographs of cheque, accused’s handwriting etc, in presence of judge;

court will summon expert to examine the documents in court. & wait for report. After report expert will be chief ex & cross examined. May take 2 months, depend on court giving dates.
pvt experts paid by you can be faster and favorable. cost more.
In one of my case it took almost a year. , as judge preferred to confirm from sessions, whether Pvt Experts be allowed or not etc

I suggest to get a direction to the forensic lab of police department.

The forensic lab will clear your case in the order of first come first served.

Writ of court does not run on forensic labs. It is a time consuming process.

Handwriting expects will take only original for comparing and not photocopy. He will not come to court for collecting sample and speciment. The speciment will be recorded by the IO and sent to him with questioned document. He will come to the court only for evidence.

You are asking how many months he will take. it is not a legal query.
