Dear Sirs,
Q1)Iam son and beneficiary as well as executor in registered will of my father.
Q2)First my mother comes who is executor/beneficiary after which I come as executor/beneficiary and get my share.
For Answer to
Q1) Can I file for probate and if yes under which Section of Indian Succession Act.??
Q2) Or will I have to file Letter of Administration and if yes, under which Section of Indian Succession Act.
My mother is least bothered to probate. I have only Sub-registrar's certified copy.
The property is registered according to Will in Municipal Records.

1.Yes, U can.
2.U CAN FILE Letter of Administration with the Will annexed.

Obtaining Probate is a series of steps to be taken. U R advised to contact a civil advocate of your area.

This is your third repeated query. There is no use to post similar query again and again. You have been replied various times the same answer that the form in which the grant of Probate is to be made will be found in Schedule VI of Indian succession Act and you shall have to get probate which can be taken even during time time of your mother.

If executor refuses to act then other executor or beneficiary may apply for Probate.
