Dear sir
This is Aadil Hassan and i compaleted my 5 year law and ragistered in UP State council in 20011 but not atend any one exam of the BCI's exam.
I want to know about Advocase that can i submit my wakalatnama in dist. court or there is any boundation about BCIexam.

Answer: No, Unless you have clear examination of BCI.

How are you registered with the Bar Council without exam?

Maybe you have a provisional registration, which need to be confirmed once you clear the exams.

It is requirement to take registration before appearing BCI Exam.

I, hope, after completing law graduate, you would also getting the same.

It has been made compulsory that no new advocate shall file his vakalatnama unless he clears BCI Examination so first clear it and only then avail such opportunities.
