Court permission

Hello,
I am on conditional bail and I have submitted solvency certificate as well now i wish to go out of mumbai for some religious funtion urgently on 26th.
So wat is the procedure to ask for court permission?do i need lawyer for tht or i can do it on my own?
Is it done immediately or takes time as I have to book the tickets as well if permission is granted.

If there is a condition in the bail order that not to leave the court's jurisdiction, then you will have to take the permission from the court. YOu can file an application for relaxation of the conditions.

As I read, there is no such condition, not to leave Mumbai.

If it is Conditional, you have to Apply to Court, and Court will ask for SAY of PP/ IO, and after their Objection . if any, heard, or tour requirement, if urgent, will allow or reject your Application.

I recommend u hire Advocate for this job.

check bail order, if it is restrict then take permission of the court. without permission, you should not leave.

Without the leave of the court you should not leave the place as that would amount to violation of condition and eventual cancellation of bail.

Do file petition for permission of court. You have no option but to wait till it passes such order.

Since it was urgent and i dont think i can compelte these procedure so sooon. i have decided not to go.
