Change of d.o.b in ssc certificate

My date of birth in SSC certificate is 01/08/1989 but my original date of birth is 01/08/1990. i have my original date of birth certificate with 01/08/1990.Now im facing problem to get passport as i have to submit both birth certificate and ssc certicates as proof. Now how to change my Date of Birth in SSC certifiacte

you cannot change dob in ssc certificate under any circumstances. Say, it is impossible. .

Convince Paasport authority with affidavit & gazettee

If you have no original date of birth with you then pray before the Registrar Birth & Death of your area (wherein you were born) to enter that incident in their record. This application shall be dismissed then file its appeal before Chief Registrar B & D of your State. Prior to that get published your actual date of birth in gazette and two news papers.

I hope necessary incorporation shall be made in relevant record after due enquiry and on necessary conditions and its copy shall be given to you as desired.
