Submission of medical bills

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
sir,

I would like to know that an employee submitted the medical bills for reimbursement. while scrutinizing the office found that sufficient details has not furnished. Then office asked him to submit the details then the employee threatened to the office that he will approach court for sanction. As the employee has not got sufficient details from hospital authorities to submit to the office.

The employer is not at fault. Fo reimbursement of expenses the employer can ask for any details needed to verify the veracity the claim made by the employee.
There is nothing to worry, the threat of the employee is nothing bur an empty one.

Follow the policy and ask for all required details.

It should be understood by you that an employee has to submit simply bills/cash memo and no more in law.
