What may be the consequences of these contradictory statements ?

He can not get a MBC certificate, while he is belonging to Christianity.

At the same time, at any point of time he can convert as Hindu, subsequently he can get MBC certificate.

I understand you the issue is related to Tamil Nadu.

In TN, there is no such community called vellala Christian. in MBC there is only one isaivelllar.

I need more details?

When he convert as christian?
When he convert to Hindu?
When he obtained community certificate?
What is the state if not TN?

Sozhiz vellala community is listed in the backward class in Tamilnadu.In accordance with the Government orders Backward classes in Tamilnadu,can be issued OBC certificates on merits(Non creamy layer)be it Hindu or christian. The religious considerations are immeterial for issue of backward class or Other Backward class.Only for issue of Scheduled caste certificates religion is to be considered.
