How to challenge an ex parte order of cic?

How, where and when an ex parte decision of CIC can be challenged/agitated?

During hearing before CIC the respondent (a representative of CPIO) suppressed the important material facts and as a result of which the CIC came to a particular decision.

Later on, these suppressed important material facts came into the notice to the applicant appellant through information supplied by different CPIO under another RTI application.

Suggest an appropriate mechanism for the action against the CPIO for suppressing the facts and misleading the CIC!

file a complaint against CPIO with all the details of information supressed by him.however be vigilant when you file RTI application. pursue the same till you get the information.

You can file a review petition before the same CIC along with facts and proofs.

There is no separate provision for review petition, you use the same section of Second Appeal.

But just fifteen day before I got the evidence of facts which were suppressed by the CPIO,

From decision of CIC to till date total of 9 month time gap is there.
