franking of document is done in lieu of purchase of stam paper for the agreement .

noatray of document is done for solemn affirmation of document

agreement is well drafted . get the agreement duly registered .

however where is the schedule which contains detailed description of the property . if the commercial premises is situated in cooperative society please note that permission of society is a must . request the licensor to obatin NOC from society

dear expertask you for leave and license which i have sent u to see i have query that perod of leave and license is from 1st july 2011 to 31st may 2014 but in this agreement period is 6 month is alreay over as today is december month then this agreement will registerd or not by the registrar in this L& L licensor have already given the premises to licensee from 2009 this is renewal agrrment for 3 year
