Debt recovery tribunal

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 December 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I want the reference to any judgements on the miscellaneous application made by applicant bank under section 19(12) ,dismissed by the debt recovery tribunal in case of unsecured personal loan. Can any body please furnish me such examples?
