Sir,
I want to file Written Arguments in an Arbitration matter. How to start it and how to finish it. Kindly help me.

start with facts of your case . evidence led by you . case of defendant , evidence on record .

deal with various issues in the arbitration matter together with judgements in support

Start with the pleading of the petitioner and its rebuttal by other party and then issues and then argument and at last conclude the argument as per your plea. Do not forget to cite relevant case laws as and when required during the argument.
