Divorce case

I am 29 years female married since 10 years. I am into love with another man (having wife and 2 kids) since last 5 years.My husband and family came to know about it recently and they abused me and threatened me that if i dont sit peacefully, they will tell about our relation at his home. Now i dont want his family to know all this and yet we both want to continue with this relation. I am ready to divorce my husband. And he also is ready to give me divorce but i want some full proof system that even after divorce my husband and his family dont harass my friends wife and kids by telling about our relation.

Also once i take divorce, how can i get into a legal relation with him? ( He cant divorce his wife and stay with me) He will stay with them but will keep relation with me also. Can it be called live-in? Can we enter into maitri karar? What are the implications?

both of get divorce then only get marriage

Thanks Sir, But i dont want his family life to be disturbed. He cant take divorce coz of two kids. Please guide.

if both are get properly get divorce from the court then settled the alimoney to child. if again give disturbense then file criminal case against him

He cant get divorced. In any case we dont want his family to know about our relation. But we threat that if my husband takes divorce from me, after divorce he will tell his family about our relation. So we need some protection that my husband doesnt tell his family. We dont have kids so its not issue between us.

dont ruin another man married life . he is married and has 2 kids .

obtain divorce from your husband by mutual consent .

in any case such news spreads fast . your lovers wife will come to know about state of affairs . there is no fool proof system

I dont want to ruin his life that s y i am seeking guidance so as to save his family. I am sacrificing everything for this relation without any gain and without making him or his family suffer. So i need some legal protection against my husband so he doesnt tell it at his home.

you cant stop any one from telling the truth . even if your husband dosent talk some one may see you and that lover together . these news spread fast .

We are friends and also professionally connected so unless and untill some one tells about our relation there s no fear if some one will see us. Only that in public we can remain as friends, but since now my husband knows it, he threatens to tell his family and so i m concerned.

You say so but truth is opposed to it.I am sure every body is knowing that in your profession.Naturally they shall not be talking before you is another matter.

Moreover it is not a matter in my view some one knows or some one does not know.The matter is personal between you but since both of you are married society can not carry it with sanction.

When you both were so much in love ,what restrained you duo from marriage.

You both can recover from this problem with help of a psychologist.
