Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 28 October 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
With respect to you , Mr Ravikant Soni and other expers' valuable opinion,Firstly I would like to thank all of you. As the case is proceeding in high court, last month I got little reprive. According to temporary judgement, husband has to bring and leave the child to my costudy, 3 times weekly(4hrs per visit)as observation period.Whether I can wait until clear the habias case and then freshly file the case for maintenance and custody of child, if he is not willing to compromise and stay with me? His mother is not accepting me to stay with them from beginning and we were staying in rented house only. Since June 2011, my parents are sending money for rent and other things. On this arrangement, I can't prolong present situation and ask more money from parents, kindly advice me the economically feasible way to proceed with. Please tell me what is DV act.

under DV act you can make an application to magistrate . ask for maintenance .right to stay in shared household . if you are staying in rented house you can call upon your husband to pay rentals . make an application to magistarte court will direct your husband to pay rentals

You can get maintenance from your husband too. Also, why not be self-reliant.

Initiate Proceedings under DV Act,an umbrella
under which every thing you need as distressed can be provided to you so why to go for multiple cases.
