Dear Sir,

I am belonging to HINDU-Kurumans which is comes under "ST" but after completed my 12 i applied for the community certificate but they refused to give and i had no time to further proceed as i have to go for Engg-Councelling so i got my certificate as "OBC" caste as HINDU-Kurumba and in my Transfer certificate from 1 std to BE it is mentioned as "ST".

My father is working in central govt from 1983 and he said that don't have the certificate and said that mentioned in central govt service book and my father transfer certificate mentioned as "ST" and all my relations are getting the "ST" certificate.1.can i get using my relations certificate & i have land patta of 1970,1985 where it was mentioned my community as "Kurumans" using that can i get? and any problem to my father job & his pensions as my father age is now 58.
And so many cases are going in court to include kurumba,kuruman,kurubas in "ST" list..But only 'KURUMANS' in st list.

You should produced all certificates including your father's service record in support of your claim to obtain ST certificate and I hope you shall get justice before the concerned Executive magistrate empowered to issue such certificates, if it also finds in the list of Centre as per your assertion.

While all your relatives got ST certificate, you are having the right to get the certificate as ST.

Dont delay move a Writ.
