high court decreed a land civil suit and sent back to trail court to execute the agreement within 3 months.is it binding that the proses is to be completed in three months or the period could be extended if
J D buys time by filing objections.

j d may buy some time in name of objections in executing court but not too much.

endevaour should be to complete execution of agreement in 3 months . if that is not possible then move high court for extension of time
