My cousin's parents created a private trust in favour of my cousin bequething his house on their demise. Can they change it without my cousin's knowledge? if they do so, how my cousin may track the status of the trust?

the will can be changed anytime during thier life time . so they can change and do so if they do not want to bequeath the property to the cousin. are there any other members whom they want to give the property if yes get from there or register your will during the life time of parents.

Thanks for the reply. The trust deed is registered. If cousin's parents revoke the trust without the knowledge of my cousin, how he will track the same?

Who are the trustees?

Whether the trustees did it by their own will?

What is the age of the cousin?
