RE: LOANS/CREDIT CARD

(Querist) 25 May 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I have settled the PERSONAL LOANS/CREDIT CARD dues of the banks recently.

Now,I would like to know that what is the procedure to remove my name from CIBIL’s defaulter list. How many days it will take and any fees is there?

If my name still showing in the CIBIL list, can I apply for Home Loan from any Financial Institution / Bank or I need to wait to removal of my name from the CIBIL list.

Thks,

After removing your name in defaulter list you can apply for home loan.
And for removing your name in the procedure:

1stly if u have any loan from any bank n u fail to pay then bank will put ur name in cibil or even ur cheque return also

2ndly if u have credit card before which u settle the amount with banker then also ur name will be in cibil

or if u wish to cheak cibil repor then

you have to visit www.cibil.com
