if the defence has been stuck off. whether i have right to argue the case.

opposite council object on my appearance.if you have any judgement show me citation please.

Even after striking off defence, the defendant or his counsel can argue the case. The effect of striking off defence is that the defendant cannot neither file written statment nor can adduce his evidence but he can bring the deficiencies in the case of the plaintiff to the notice of the Court.
